Wiring Requirements:

1. To with the drivers, it is для recommended to use shielded cables for control signals and ground the shield. Only a single-point grounding is permitted within the same machine. Severe may occur if the grounding point is not truly grounded; in this case, do not connect the shield.

для 2. для для pulse and direction signal lines must not be bundled with motor or power lines. They should be at least 10 cm apart. Otherwise, motor noise may interfere with the для для pulse and direction signals, leading to inaccurate positioning, system instability, and other malfunctions.

3. If a single power supply powers multiple drivers, parallel connections must be used at the power supply terminals. Daisy-chain connections (power flowing from 1 driver to another) are not permitted.

4. Never connect or disconnect the driver's power terminals while the system is powered on. Even when the motor is stopped while powered on, a large current still flows through the coil; connecting or disconnecting the power terminals will generate a for huge instantaneous induced electromotive для force, which will burn out the driver.

5. Never tin the wire ends before connecting the terminals, as this will increase для contact resistance, causing the terminals to overheat and damage.

6. Wire ends must not protrude from the terminals to accidental short circuits that could damage the driver.
